Prepare the surface to spec
Concrete is cleaned, routed where needed, and brought to the moisture and profile the Sika product requires. Cracks are routed and cleaned for injection; walls are primed for waterproofing.
Apply primer, body, topcoat
The full Sika system goes down in the published order: primer first, then body coat at the lift thickness specified, then topcoat. Temperature and humidity are monitored throughout.
Cure per schedule, document warranty
