Identify the Ardex system
We confirm which Ardex product fits your project scope (overlay, self-leveling, repair, waterproofing) and verify that system is within our certification scope. Most standard Ardex systems are covered.
Install per Ardex spec
The crew follows the exact Ardex specification for that system, including substrate prep, primer application, mix ratios, placement method, and cure protocol. Certification means no shortcuts.
Capture install data
During the pour, we record as-built dimensions, batch numbers, installation photos, and any required testing. This documentation package is the foundation of the system warranty claim.
Register warranty with Ardex
The complete documentation is submitted to Ardex for system warranty registration. You receive a copy of the warranty paperwork at project close for your records and future reference.

Product warranty covers the cost of the material if it fails. System warranty covers the cost of fixing the failure, including labor, removal, and restoration. For a failed waterproofing slab, product warranty replaces the membrane; system warranty covers the crew, equipment, and time to remove the old system and install the new one.
